How do we handle shipping?

Normally we utilize FedEx, UPS or other shipping companies to deliver our products directly to your doorstep. Please ensure that you provide the accurate address when finalizing your order. For special occasions, we will keep you updated via email, so kindly ensure that you provide us with the correct email address.

 

How much does shipping cost?

For orders over $199, shipping is FREE! For all other orders, your shipping fee will be charged based on your receiving location

 

Shipment Processing

All orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 1- 5 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Holiday Shipping

Due to the holidays, shipping companies will usually have high volume of shipping traffic. Shipping companies will require additional time to deliver. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in shipment of your order.

  

Delivery Time

We ship your product(s) from our warehouse in the US, New Zealand or China depends on the product inventory. Orders are typically delivered within 15-30 business days, depending on your location, and shipping company. 

 

How can I track my order after it ships?

When we ship your order, we'll send you an email with tracking information. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours in some cases for tracking information to be updated by the carrier, but don't worry! Once you get the email, the order has already left our warehouse.
